Agreement numbers are empty in Data Manager column
Agreement numbers are not calculated immediately but with some delay ranging from seconds to minutes depending on the traffic and availability of computational resources.
If they still don’t appear in the corresponding Agreement column, try doing the following:
- Go to project > Settings > Quality page
- Under Annotation Agreement use the dropdown selector to choose any other Matching function then click Save.
- Use the same dropdown to reselect the previous Matching function and save it again
That effectively reset Matching function procedure and restarts the underlying agreement calculation job. After a while, you should be able to see the numbers in Agreement column on a Data Manager page.
