Is the Organization Owner role required to setup LDAP?

Problem: Unable to configure LDAP settings due to account role. 

Solutions:

• There is a special environment variable AUTH_LDAP_ORGANIZATION_OWNER_EMAIL that will be used as the organization entry point for the LDAP integration. All users will be linked to the organization where the owner is AUTH_LDAP_ORGANIZATION_OWNER_EMAIL. If you require a specific email address to be used, we recommend making that person the organization owner.

Outcome: Once the `AUTH_LDAP_ORGANIZATION_OWNER_EMAIL` is set, you should be able to configure LDAP for use with LabelStudio
