This article explains how to manage your Label Studio Starter Cloud subscription — adding or removing seats, how renewals work, and how to cancel.
Add or remove seats
See Understanding Starter Cloud seat pricing and billing for how seats are counted and charged. To change your seat count, add or deactivate a member from your organization's Members page:
- Adding a seat is billed immediately on a prorated basis — you're charged only for the remaining portion of the current billing period.
- Removing a seat frees the seat right away, but the lower seat count is reflected starting at your next renewal rather than as an immediate credit.
How renewals work
Starter Cloud subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file. Keep a valid, unexpired card on file to avoid an interruption. Cancel your subscription
To cancel, contact Support with your organization name. We'll confirm your cancellation and make sure no further charges go through. Your plan stays active through the end of your current billing period, and projects/data are not affected by cancellation alone.
